the work
i'm a product executive with 15+ years building ai/ml-driven products in fintech, payments, and e-commerce ... the kind of spaces where the stakes are high and the complexity is real.
i led the product team at gpshopper that built the mobile platform behind synchrony financial's acquisition. i grew airfind from a few million dollars in revenue to over $100M annually by building ml-driven marketplace systems that actually worked. and i've spent the last few years at the intersection of conversational ai and payments, building the kind of intelligent assistants that quietly handle financial transactions of client's customers.
i operate at the senior leader, board and C-suite level, have and continue to run product organizations with multiple PMs, and have a particular love for the regulated, high-stakes environments that most people find intimidating. fintech, e-commerce, high volume data streams, enterprise clients. i find the friction useful.

i have a philosophy that predates this website by a couple of decades. it has a name: jollyroger.tech. the short version is this: go against the grain. question the obvious. learn relentlessly, then share what you find. the pirate flag isn't about chaos; it's about the refusal to accept gatekeeping as a permanent condition.
outside of work i'm usually deep inside an rpg trying not to get my party killed. i grew up in new jersey, have lived a lot in miami, now based in new jersey again. i navigate both worlds in english and spanish.
